This authority is competent because the provider is based in Hesse, Germany. Anyone who disagrees with how their personal data is handled may lodge a complaint there (Art. 77 GDPR). What we process, and how, is set out in our privacy policy.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025, so the former obligation to link to it no longer applies.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
